General Information
Due to the current pandemic situation, we also have to assume that there will be restrictions and requirements regarding the 102nd International Hügelregatta. The regatta staff is in permanent cooperation with the local and federal authorities.
We will do everything to ensure a safe event for all participants, coaches and the regatta staff. Therefore we will provide all relevant information on this page. You are also welcome to subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest information.
In consultation with the local authorities, the following regulations have been agreed to protect all participants from Covid-19. These regulations are also part of the health and safety concept for the 102nd International Huegel Regatta.
The following regulations are made for the protection of all participants and staff member:
Requirements for participation:
All participants, coaches, trainers and staff member must register in advance in our accreditation system.
All participants, coaches, trainers and staff member must fulfil the 3G rule. This means that at least one of the following three criteria must be met:
vaccinated with a vaccine approved in the EU.
recovered according to the Robert Koch Institute within the last 3 months with an official certificate of recovery.
tested with a rapid antigen test of an official test centre which must not be older than 12 hours. The receipt of the test result is relevant.
All participants, coaches, attendants and helpers must be symptom-free. If symptoms occur, a rapid test must be carried out at an official testing centre.
Regulations during the event:
Access to the regatta office and main buliding is only allowed to persons with accreditation "Team-Manager" and the OC Staff.
A mask (surgical mask or FFP2-Standard) must be worn in the building.
All participants, coaches, attendants and staff member are requested to keep a distance of 1.5 metres from each other.
All participants, trainers, supervisors and helpers are requested to wash their hands regularly and to use the disinfectant provided.
In case of a confirmed Covid-19 infection, the infected person must be isolated immediately. In addition, the Covid representative should be contacted on +491525 8440296
Hygiene Concept
For the protection of all participants, coaches and the oc staff, the organising committee has coordinated a security and protection concept with the local authorities.
We would like to ask all participants and team managers to follow the regulations in this concept to ensure a safe event.
Informationen for Team Manager
To inform all coaches, team manager and participants about the current situation, we will regularly provide a newsletter. Anyone interested can register here and will receive information about the regatta.
